Here’s the break down; do each drill for 20 seconds.. its quick and it’s efficient!

  • V-sit
  • Full lower body twist
  • V-sit
  • Full upper body twist
  • V-sit
  • Butt lifts
  • V-sit Twist
  • Crunch oposite toes
  • Low v-sit lil’ leg raises
  • Leg raises
  • 1 leg raise (right)
  • crunch and touch same foot
  • 1 leg raise (left)
  • crunch and touch same foot
  • Side raises (10sec)/ Scissors (10 sec)  Left side  x2
  • Side raises (10sec)/ Scissors (10 sec)  Right side  x2
  • Low v-sit hold
  • Full body rolls
  • Lower body twist
  • Bicycle Twist to FINISH!!!
